PolyFab™ Thermal Acoustic Insulation System

The PolyFab™ thermal and acoustic insulation system is a multi-layer design that addresses the full range of unwanted airborne and structure-borne noise without adding excess weight. We utilize lightweight, flame-retardant materials prefabricated for each area of the aircraft. Our systems are typically installed faster and more economically than traditional systems. All our systems include applicable engineering drawings for ease of installation, part traceability and maintenance, and are compliant to the new FAA ruling § 25.856 (a).
