Leewood History
The Leewood Elastomer company group was founded in 1976 in Sweden and is active in the field of high quality, heat cured silicone elastomers.
Over the years, Leewood has acquired substantial experience and developed a unique competence as a manufacturer of silicone products.
In 2001 the group was restructured. Headquarters and all our production facilities from England and Finland were moved and concentrated in Bremen.
In the process of restructuring and expansion of our company, MTII has become our key strategic partner in order to achieve our growth targets. Leewood is a wholly owned MTII company since 2003.
MTII is a Canadian company with production facilities in Canada (Aerospace) and USA (Silicone foam) with approx 250 employees.
Our products are sold worldwide and can be found in all major industrial segments, automotive, electronics and aerospace represent our main target markets.
We already sell the widest range of products of any manufacturer in Europe. |
