Silicones
Our Silicone product line consists of a wide array of products
and materials. The line includes silicone foams, silicone sponge,
and solid in forms such sheet, roll, bun stock, and many extrusion
profiles. Our silicone extrusion capabilities give us the opportunity
to quote and run many profiles and consistencies that are scarce
in this market, and this allows us to keep our competitive prices.
Our ability to direct cast onto substrates as aluminum foil,
fiberglass, Kevlar, paper, Nomex, PSA, and many others also passes
on cost savings to our customers. Our solid and sponge silicone
can be requested in both sheet and roll stock, allowing fabricators
to buy just enough to produce the part, or run a continuous roll
through a high speed rotary die cutter for high efficiencies.
Lastly, our fabric reinforced calendared silicone gives the needed
flexibility, and the strength for a number of applications in
the press pad and gangway markets.
Aerospace
Our Aerospace product line is made up of solutions with acoustic
insulation systems, vibration damping, and acoustical barriers.
MTI Global Inc. also offers kit’s for retrofitting business
and commercial regional jets. Our thermal and acoustic insulation
system is a multi-layer design that addresses the full range
of unwanted airborne and structure-borne noise without adding
excess weight. We utilize lightweight, flame-retardant materials
prefabricated for each area of the aircraft with systems that
are typically installed faster and more economically than traditional
systems. All our systems include applicable engineering drawings
for ease of installation, part traceability and maintenance,
and are compliant to the new FAA ruling § 25.856 (a). We
also stock an extensive list of raw materials that we can supply
to your organization for production, repair and maintenance of
your insulation kits.
Fabricated Products
MTI Fabricates and manufactures a broad range of custom-engineered
products for the automotive and sporting goods industries, as
well as other specialty markets such as aerospace. MTI catalogues
over 30 acoustically enhanced systems for aircraft models from
Boeing, Airbus, Raytheon, Cessna, Gulfstream, and Bombardier
with many others globally, and boast many methods of fabrication
